SCRAPBOOKING

A long day today doing chores (shopping, cooking etc) but finally I got my Scapbooking area set up ... ready to go.  haven't taken any classes yet, but I know I can begin with some simple things.  Sherri bought me this great scrap book a few years ago called "grandma's memories" .. since then I have been saving bits and pieces of things that Olivia and I have done together.

So ... here is the beginning.  everything is neat and tidy ... let's see what happens ...
I should mention that these drawers FULL of scrapbooking paper, scissors, stickers, pens, etc. etc. came from both Sherri and my good friend Zana.  Both are quilters and at some point in time decided to scrapbook as well.  Lucky for me they both decided at about the same time to give up scrap booking .... as I said ... Lucky me!  I'm in Scrapbook heaven ..

Here's what I do with my sooooo exciting life!  That's right.  The highlight for Wednesday, Oct. 26 is to get the winter tires on my car!
"They" say we are supposed to get the coldest winter in years here ... not a lot of moisture (that's a good thing) ... but COLD. Tires are wrapped in plastic in the back .. loaded up and ready for the shop!

I would hate to tell you how long it took me to figure all of this out again!  I think I have it now!
It was a fabulous Sunday!  I washed the car, went shopping, had a nice long walk here along the Galloping goose Trail.

1/2 Marathon results

Wow!  Finished the 1/2 Marathon this morning.  Official time 3.07:46
What a fabulous day in Victoria!  the weather was perfect!  Started off cloudy and cool, ended sunny and warm!
