November 11th always a special day for remembering ... I always think of Uncle Bobbie, Dad, and Uncle Wilf. I try always try to attend Remembrance Day Services. Here are some pictures from downtown Victoria. I only saw ONE Patricia Pats uniform (Dad's infantry) in the whole procession .. so of course, one of the pictures is of that!

ReplyDeleteI was on the cruise during the moment of silence and the only noises that distracted from the silence were the sounds of the oxygen tanks and scooter motors of the many elderly passengers. I believe there were some WW1 veterans on the ship.
